Depression Recover Classes on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM (at the Community Service Center).
This program has a very high success rate for overcoming depression. It includes DVD lectures, group motivation discussions and homework to assist incorporating the principles taught into the personal life.

This highly successful approach to peak brain performance identifies
depression and the "hits" that cause it, and then gives life-altering
practical treatment suggestions to deal with each hit. The free introductory
meeting explains the content of the 9 week program
There is a fee for the course textbooks. All are welcome to attend.
